In education, the greatest challenge is never a single breakthrough.

It is the ability to consistently guide students with different starting points, talents, and aspirations toward universities where they can truly thrive.

A truly outstanding school is not defined by how many top performers it produces.

It is defined by its ability to help every student progress beyond where they began and discover a path that is uniquely their own.

As of May 2026, the 356 graduates of Beijing Aidi School’s Class of 2026 have received a total of 966 offers from leading universities across seven countries and regions, along with scholarships totaling USD 2,226,800 and HKD 94,000.

This marks the 7th consecutive year that Aidi students have secured offers from Oxford, Cambridge, and Ivy League universities.

Yet beyond these prestigious admissions, what deserves even greater attention is the strength and stability of Aidi’s overall university placement outcomes.

Across recent graduating classes, more than 25% of Aidi students have consistently gained admission to Top 20 universities worldwide, over 75% to Top 50 institutions, and 100% to universities ranked within the global Top 100.

In Singapore admissions, Aidi was ranked No. 1 in the 2026 KingLead Competitiveness Ranking of International Schools in China. In recent years, students have collectively received more than 50 unconditional offers from the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University. In the arts, Aidi has maintained a placement rate of over 50% into the world’s Top 3 art and design institutions for 8 consecutive years.

From nurturing high achievers to supporting steady academic advancement and providing diverse pathways for every learner, Aidi has built an educational ecosystem that accommodates different talents, ambitions, and developmental journeys.

Here, high achievers can pursue global top-tier universities. Equally important, those still exploring their passions are given the time and support to gain confidence, find direction, and shape their own future.

Class of 2026 Admission Highlights

7 Consecutive Years of Oxbridge and Ivy League Admissions

Since securing its first Oxford offer in the Class of 2020, Aidi has maintained an unbroken record of admissions to Oxford, Cambridge, and Ivy League institutions for seven consecutive years.

This year, Wang Runtian from AIDI ASE earned admission to Cornell University, one of the eight Ivy League universities, through outstanding academic achievement and a distinctive personal portfolio.

As a result, Aidi continues to demonstrate a consistent ability to place students at some of the world’s most prestigious universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, and Cornell.

These achievements are not the product of chance.

They reflect the long-standing recognition that leading universities around the world have for the quality and potential of Aidi students.

From Oxford’s integrated Master’s in Engineering to Cambridge’s Economics, Natural Sciences, and Veterinary Medicine, and Cornell’s Fine Arts, these admissions across a wide range of disciplines powerfully testify to the enduring strength of Aidi’s curriculum, faculty, and university guidance system.

At the same time, what is equally noteworthy is the balance and diversity of Aidi’s overall admissions profile.

Alongside Oxbridge, Ivy League, G5, and Top 30 U.S. university offers, students have also achieved large-scale success across Top 50 U.S. institutions and leading universities within the global Top 100.

Whether in STEM, business, humanities, social sciences, arts, music, or design, every Aidi student is able to find a place within this broad and dynamic landscape of opportunity.

Expanding Global University Destinations

US: Ivy League Success and Strong Top 50 Outcomes

The United States remains one of the most competitive destinations for international applicants. In the 2026 admissions cycle, Aidi students achieved both elite breakthroughs and steady, broad-based strength across mid-tier universities.

In addition to Cornell University, students received offers from the University of Southern California (1), the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1), UC San Diego (2), and New York University (3).

Strong results also extended throughout the Top 30 to Top 50 range.

The UC system delivered particularly impressive results, with offers from UC Davis (19), UC Irvine (8), and UC Santa Barbara (14), up 90%, 60%, and 75% year on year respectively. Other leading research universities also formed a stable admissions pipeline, including the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2), the University of Wisconsin-Madison (6), The Ohio State University (8), Boston University (5), and Northeastern University (11).

UK: Success Across G5 and Russell Group Universities

Aidi students received a total of 26 offers from the UK’s prestigious G5 universities, including one offer from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and 25 offers from University College London (UCL).

Admissions to Russell Group universities also continued to rise, including King’s College London (33), the University of Edinburgh (36), the University of Manchester (30), the University of Bristol (18), the University of Warwick (17), and the University of Birmingham (24).

Among these achievements, Jia Ziyu from AIDI BSE earned admission to the highly competitive BSc Politics and Economics programme at LSE.

Ranked No. 1 in the UK by The Times Good University Guide 2026, LSE is globally recognized as one of the world’s leading institutions for the social sciences. Politics and Economics is among its most selective interdisciplinary programmes, making this offer a testament to both Jia’s academic excellence and holistic achievements.

Australia: Full Sweep of the Group of Eight

Aidi students once again achieved admissions across all members of Australia’s Group of Eight universities. Offers included the University of Melbourne (80), the University of Sydney (83), UNSW Sydney (15), the Australian National University (7), Monash University (36), and the University of Queensland (10). These results further reinforce Aidi’s long-established strength in Australian university admissions.

Canada and Asia: A Truly Global Footprint

In Canada, students received offers from the University of Toronto (5) and the University of British Columbia (5). Across Asia, admissions included Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (3), with more Singapore offers still coming, along with top Hong Kong offers from HKUST (3), PolyU (2), and CityU (4).

Continued Leadership in Arts Education

The Class of 2026 from AIDI ART has once again achieved remarkable results, securing five consecutive years of direct admissions to Central Saint Martins Fashion Design undergraduate programme and Berklee College of Music. In the arts, Aidi has maintained a placement rate of over 50% into the world’s Top 3 art and design institutions for 8 consecutive years.

In art and design, 86% of students were admitted to QS Top 3 institutions in Art and Design, including the University of the Arts London, Parsons School of Design, and ArtCenter College of Design. Students pursued cutting-edge fields such as Interaction Design, Fashion Design, Game Design, Visual Communication, and Digital Media, aligning closely with the evolving demands of the global creative economy.

In music, 45% of students gained admission to QS Top 10 institutions in Performing Arts, with each student receiving nearly three offers on average from leading music conservatories, including Berklee College of Music, Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, New England Conservatory, Los Angeles College of Music, and Manhattan School of Music. Programmes spanned classical music, contemporary music, theatre, music business, and film scoring, reflecting Aidi’s highly personalised and diversified approach to talent development.

Emerging Trends in University Applications

Among preferred study destinations, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, and Australia ranked highest among graduating students. In actual applications, however, the United States remained the most popular destination, followed closely by the United Kingdom and Australia.

Multi-country applications have also become increasingly common. More than half of students applied to universities across two or more countries or regions, reflecting both the realities of a rapidly changing admissions landscape and the maturity of Aidi’s multi-destination university counselling system.

From an academic perspective, business-related disciplines surpassed science and engineering to become the most popular area of study among graduates, with Economics and Finance continuing to attract strong interest.

Alongside traditional choices, interdisciplinary fields such as Data Science, AI and Society, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering and Business, Politics and Economics, and Physics with Medical Physics have seen growing demand. These programmes reflect the increasing importance of interdisciplinary expertise in an era shaped by artificial intelligence, big data, healthcare innovation, sustainability, and technological transformation.

Beyond the Offers: Stories of Growth

Behind nearly 1000 offers are not cold statistics, but 356 individual stories of growth and a school’s commitment to long-term education fulfilled.

Wang Runtian, Class of 2026, ASE

I joined Aidi in Grade 1. This year, I received offers from Cornell, NYU, Parsons (with a USD 100,000 merit scholarship), USC, UNC Chapel Hill, UCSD, and Edinburgh, alongside six AP scores of 5, a TOEFL score of 111, and an SAT score of 1510.

Aidi’s open and supportive environment first sparked my love for piano and painting. By middle school, I had decided to pursue fine arts in the United States while maintaining a strong academic foundation. The freedom to explore and the interdisciplinary opportunities here played an important role in my growth. Art masterclasses, festivals, student studios, and creative projects all helped shape my artistic journey.

Most importantly, my teachers always respected and encouraged my ideas. When I wanted to hold a personal exhibition on campus, Principal Yang and my teachers fully supported the project and helped bring it to life. From Aidi to Cornell, every step of the journey has felt grounded and meaningful.

Jia Ziyu, Class of 2026, BSE

I joined Aidi in Grade 7. At the time, I was quiet and not particularly confident academically. What Aidi taught me was that there is no need to rush. The school gives you the space to discover your own direction.

My interest in economics began with a single class. Through countless conversations with my teacher, that curiosity gradually grew into a genuine passion. From the EPQ to the John Locke Essay Competition, Aidi’s teachers supported me every step of the way. Looking back, being taken seriously and encouraged to pursue my interests became one of the greatest sources of confidence in my growth.

Beyond academics, I served as president of the music club. Those experiences taught me responsibility, leadership, and teamwork. From engineering to Politics and Economics, from competitions to the Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Award, Aidi never gave me a fixed path. Instead, it gave me the freedom to grow into the person I wanted to become.

Wang Yinuo, Class of 2026, WACE

I transferred to Aidi in 2023 from a public school to study the WACE programme. When I arrived, my grades were barely passing. By graduation, I had achieved a perfect GPA, an ATAR of 99.75, and offers from UCL, UC Davis, etc.

At Aidi, I discovered what it means to have teachers who truly accompany you throughout your journey. My mentor, Mr. Zhang, supported me for three years, helping me refine my goals, adjust my courses, and eventually transition from business to Food Science. From barely passing grades to academic excellence, every step was guided by dedicated teachers.

Outside the classroom, I led student initiatives focused on campus improvement and sustainability. These experiences helped me find my voice and grow into a confident leader.

Zhang Haoyang, Class of 2026, ASE

Fourteen years ago, I first arrived at Aidi as a nervous little boy who cried every Monday morning when saying goodbye to his mother. Over the years, that shy child gradually grew into someone surrounded by friends, mentors, and unforgettable memories.

Even during periods of online learning, I never felt alone. My friends and I stayed connected, supported one another, and created countless memories together. Those experiences taught me that what truly matters is not where you are, but the people who share the journey with you.

As I prepare to leave the place that has been my home for fourteen years, I feel deeply grateful to every teacher and friend who has shaped my growth. I will carry everything I have learned at Aidi with me as I step into the wider world, ready for whatever comes next.

From Aidi to the World

The Power of Long-Term Education

Beijing Aidi School has established a comprehensive K-12 educational pathway spanning from kindergarten through high school. This continuity provides students with a stable environment for long-term development while ensuring consistency in educational philosophy, academic progression, and personal growth.

To align with global educational standards, Aidi established the Education Research and Innovation Center (ERIC), which continuously advances curriculum development and professional learning for teachers.

At the primary and junior secondary levels, the school has developed its distinctive “1+X” curriculum model, combining the strengths of China’s national curriculum with an international outlook. Aidi has also independently developed bilingual learning resources to support smooth transitions for students entering from public schools.

This integrated academic pathway from primary through high school embodies Aidi’s commitment to rigorous academics and research-informed teaching.

At the senior secondary level, students can choose among seven specialised divisions, including BSE, ASE, WACE, ART, BHS, HKDSE and G12. Curriculum options include A-Level, AP, WACE, HKDSE, and BTEC, providing access to major university destinations across the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, and beyond.

It is precisely this breadth and flexibility that has enabled the Class of 2026 to achieve outstanding admissions outcomes across seven countries and regions.

Every Step Matters

Aidi has built a comprehensive university guidance system that combines mentoring, early planning initiatives, and advanced academic enrichment programmes into a seamless support framework. From the moment students enter the school, they are accompanied by educators who help guide their academic and personal development.

Beginning in junior high school, students benefit from a six-year mentoring programme that supports academic growth, well-being, and future planning.

From Grades 7 to 9, students complete career and strengths assessments to explore their interests. In Grades 10 and 11, this informs personalised academic planning, including subject selection, testing timelines, and enrichment opportunities like competitions and research projects. In Grade 12, support covers university selection, applications, and visa guidance for a seamless transition.

Junior students also join the Early Bird Programme to explore disciplines and career paths early. At senior levels, high achievers can enter the Oxbridge Scholars Programme or Ivy League Preparation Programme for advanced academic training and interview preparation.

Aidi’s University Guidance Center is led by full-time counsellors with international higher education backgrounds and professional certifications from organizations such as U.S. News and IACAC.

Through strong partnerships with universities, regular campus visits from admissions officers, and an emphasis on authentic storytelling in application essays, students are supported at every stage of the admissions process with clear, structured, and personalised guidance.

“Love” and “Inspiration” are not only reflected in Aidi’s name, but also lie at the heart of its educational philosophy. Academic achievement has never been the sole measure of success. Every student is respected as an individual and encouraged to develop their unique strengths.

Teachers provide a nurturing and inclusive environment where students are empowered to explore their interests, embrace challenges, and grow beyond the limitations of grades and rankings.

Aidi does not define success by a single type of student. We believe every child who enters the campus holds unique potential waiting to be discovered.

Whether it is Wang Runtian’s artistic journey that began in Grade 1, Jia Ziyu’s transformation from a quiet student to president of the music club, Wang Yinuo’s growth from participant to leader, or Zhang Haoyang’s reflections after fourteen years at Aidi, these stories share a common thread: educators who listened, believed, and supported them every step of the way.

Aidi believes that education is not about identifying the “best” students. It is about providing every student with the right environment in which to grow. This belief that schools should cultivate rather than filter has enabled countless students to discover confidence, purpose, and their place in the world.

Empowering Every Dream

Beijing Aidi School holds dual accreditation from WASC and Cognia, two globally recognized authorities in educational quality assurance. These accreditations affirm the school’s excellence in educational quality, governance, and curriculum while strengthening students’ competitiveness in international university admissions.

Beyond its core academic programmes, Aidi operates six international curriculum centers, six international examination centers, and serves as an authorized testing venue for 42 international competitions across mathematics, science, computer science, business, humanities, and social sciences.

More than 50 student clubs and a vibrant range of co-curricular activities further encourage students to explore their interests, develop leadership, and engage meaningfully with the world around them.

Together, these resources create a comprehensive ecosystem that supports academic achievement, personal growth, and future readiness.

From Aidi to the World, generation after generation, Aidi students have brought meaning to these words through their achievements and individual journeys.

The school’s role has never been to decide their destination. Instead, it is to prepare the path ahead, illuminate the way, and provide the support they need before they set out.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026. May you continue to stay curious, pursue what you love, and shape the future with courage wherever your journey takes you.
